Peony bouquets

Peony bouquets leave the atelier only in their season, and that is the point. A peony opens over four or five days, shifting from a tight ball into something loose and ruffled, so the arrangement keeps changing after it arrives. Caroline composes them in white, blush and deep pink, some hand-tied, some in glass. Between May and June the market decides which varieties we can work with, and the compositions below follow it.
