Where we deliver

Buunch delivers within a 30-mile radius of New York City, by hand, from our Midtown atelier.

Delivery fees

Up to 10 miles

$40 per delivery

10 to 30 miles

$60 per delivery

The fee is per delivery, whatever you order.

Timing

We can't promise a precise hour — in New York, traffic decides. What we do promise is a window: choose morning or afternoon when you order.

Same day: order by 9:00 AM and your flowers arrive by end of day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM go out the next available day.

Returns and replacements

Cut flowers are perishable, so we replace rather than refund.

• Quality problem with your flowers: tell us within 24 hours of delivery — a photo helps — and we replace them.
• Anything else (vases, accessories, gifts): contact us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it.

We don't offer cash refunds.
