Questions about the weekly subscription

When does my subscription start?

Your first delivery goes out in the week after you order. If you need it to begin on a particular date — after a trip, or for an occasion — write that date in the note field on the order form and the atelier starts your four weeks then.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. Email caroline@buunch.com at least 48 hours before a delivery and that week is skipped; it moves to the end of your four, so you still receive all four arrangements.

Which days do you deliver?

Subscription deliveries go out Monday through Friday, in a morning or an afternoon window — choose the window on the order form. Every delivery is hand-delivered by the atelier.

Can I gift the subscription?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and put their name and your card message in the note field on the order form. The card carries your words, never the price.

What if I need to change the delivery address?

Email caroline@buunch.com at least 48 hours before a delivery and we move the remaining deliveries to the new address. For a change of recipient, send us the new address and the date it should take effect.
